The Joseph Altshuler Franklin Realtor Community $10,000 Scholarship

This $10,000 scholarship is intended to recognize students who show up when no one is watching. Those who consistently put others before themselves, serve quietly, and do the right thing without expectation of praise or recognition. It honors individuals whose character is reflected not only in achievements but in everyday actions rooted in integrity, compassion, and selflessness.

Rooted in a lifelong connection to Franklin and a deep belief in giving back, this scholarship celebrates students who strive not only for personal success but also seek to uplift those around them. This scholarship honors students whose character, community involvement, and vision for the future are reflected in how they show up every day.

This scholarship is independently funded by Realtor Joseph Altshuler and is awarded to one deserving student. All application materials and personal information will remain strictly confidential and will be used solely for scholarship selection.

All Applications must be submitted by May 31st and The winning recipient will be announced June 15
